AssessMD Assessments

Child Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessment

The AssessMD Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder testing tool allows for quick discrimination between the different categories of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and rates the level of performance impairment related to ADHD symptoms.

For a diagnosis of ADHD to be made a patient must be affected by symptoms and also meet a certain level of performance impairment. Those patients who meet symptoms based criteria will be prompted to complete a series of questions designed to rate performance impairment.

After completing a test, the AssessMD Results Tracker will provide the clinician with information about the possibility of illness, the severity of symptoms and whether the patient meets DSM-V criteria for ADHD. Additionally, the Result Tracker will display a patient’s performance rating and track performance over time allowing the provider to follow a patient’s response to treatment.

Unlike any other Depression-testing tool, AssessMD™ utilizes Symptom Level Determination Software (SLDS) to calculate the test results as the patient is completing the AssessMD™. Patients who are determined, by SLDS, not to meet testing criteria for Major Depressive Disorder stop after just 15 questions minimizing the time spent on testing. Depression rating scores and the determination regarding whether the patient meets the criteria are then immediately available for clinician review. Other patients, whose scores warrant further testing, will be prompted to complete additional questions to assess for the likelihood suicidality.
